Baby and Beach Equipment Rental

Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of the possession of the lessor (Baby and Beach Equipment Rentals), and promises to return such equipment to the lessor in as good condition as it was received by lessor, natural wear from responsible use expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased equipment. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged to the lessee at regular replacement cost. Full right, title and ownership of the equipment will at all times be vested with lessor. In no event will lessor be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury (including death) caused or arising out of the use of any equipment provided by lessor, or failure of the equipment to function as intended. It is the responsibility of the lessee to examine the equipment prior to use to determine fitness and state of repair and to return the equipment in the same state of repair and cleanliness as when delivered.
